Capcom's Devil May Cry 4 has done pretty well on the consoles, selling 2 million copies since its release, but will that success carry over to the Games For Windows version released today? Who the f**k knows. Nevertheless, if you are a PC-centric gamer then you might want to check this one out.
The Games For Windows version features more modes and more visual customization options, in addition to support for the Xbox 360 controller and keyboard and mouse play - pick your poison.
The game's additional graphical prowess (DirectX 9 and 10 support, as well as adjustable graphics settings and a benchmark utility) and a buffed up frame rate (120 frames per second or 30 frames per second more than the console version of the game), according to Capcom.
The game also offers a number of exclusive features including Turbo Mode; which turns up the action to insane speeds, and Legendary Dark Knight Mode, which harnesses PC processing power to fill the screen with lots and lots of enemies.
Devil May Cry 4 has been rated M for Mature by the ESRB and carries a suggested retail price of $39.99.
