Now, the tough part. When your knee is facing your target, jump off of your left foot. You have to jump pretty high, because while you're in the air you need to turn your hips and throw a roundhouse kick with your left leg (Figure 4).

And now another tough part. Use the momentum of the kick to keep your body spinning. Ideally, you're able to land so that your left leg -- the one you kicked with -- ends up in the back (Figure 5). In the picture, Patrick is paying tribute to Pai Chan from
VF4. She finished the kick with her head turned away from her opponent. If you are ever in a real fight, DON'T DO THAT. You will get bonked in the back of the head. I guarantee it.
